Qualifications and experience:
M.B.B.S from a recognized institution with a valid PMDC registration.
Any overseas qualification in the Medical billing and MBA Health Management will be considered as additional Qualification.
10 years, post-qualification, clinical experience in reputed hospitals of Pakistan with a minimum of 3 years experience in medical billing or related field.
At least 4 years experience of claims’ management and underwriting, in any health insurance company registered with SECP.
Draft, design, review and develop health policy.
Health underwriting, Panel/client management and loss-adjustment skills.
Development of new health products and Value added services.
Develop and lead a team for the provision of services at country level.

The Marketing Manager will be at the heart of driving all marketing activity across the company. In a key role he/she will be expected to be involved at all levels, from drafting email direct marketing campaigns to monitoring competitor activity and developing marketing strategies. The job is full of variety and he/she will need to be able to turn your hand to a variety of tasks.
Plans, directs, and coordinates the marketing of the organization's products and/or services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates:
Create, implement and be accountable for the company’s marketing strategy, working closely with the C. E and the sales/marketing team
Work with the sales/marketing team on the production of sales-orientated promotional campaigns
Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
Establishes marketing goals to enhance the market share and profitability of products and/or services.
Undertake, critically analyse and react to marketing research exercises as required
Identify and implement tactical marketing initiatives in response to market circumstances
Manage the day-to-day marketing of the company
Manage directly and strategically all social media channels
Manage and be accountable for the agreed marketing budget
Work with the Management to create a PR strategy, and lead and deliver PR objectives
Act as a link between the management and the customers and caters to the latter’s’ demand and requirements
Identify and create PR opportunities to maximize media coverage
Attend networking opportunities
Oversee and manage the development and maintenance of the company’s website
Write and manage the production of marketing material, including EDMs
Manage marketing projects
Develop strong working relationships with underwriters and carrier representatives
File details of all the transactions and make reports
Proven knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
Excellent oral and written communication skills with copywriting experience
