TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Ages: Preschool to F.Sc. only regular enrolled students. 2-18 years
- Students of Universities @ 500/month for value and 600/month for value plus. Declaration forms required.
- Students enrolled for executive programs and distance-learning are however not eligible
- Parents’ consent required for students below 18.
- Plan choice will be subject to acceptance by the company.
- *In case OPD facility is required, additional premium will be required.
